- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Assured I'd have a telephone appointment with a doctor at 17:30. Explained that I was in work and couldn't answer before then. Doctor phoned me twice between 12-15:00. I rang back twice and was assured that he would ring me again at 17:30. At 18:00 I'd still had no contact so rang back and was once again assured by the receptionist that the doctor would ring me as soon as his patient had left and that she was leaving him a message to remind him. I've just rang the surgery back as had no phone calls and the surgery is now closed. Absolutley disgusted as this phone call was about something urgent and now I will have to wait until Monday to speak to anyone.
