- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spoke to Hannah at the reception desk. Appalling customer service, and attempts to fob patients away. Claims records do not exists, but miraculously a few minutes later can provide the information required. Additionally, one receptionist advised prescription not available but according to “Hannah” available since Monday. A service which can be completed within a few minutes took four working days, embarrassing practise.
