- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give it a zero I would. Awful, they have asked my elderly mother to register online even though she told them she didn't have access they 'suggested' that maybe someone in the family could help. I have, I have registered her for online only to be told that we can't order her repeat prescriptions online because she needs to go to the surgery with ID to prove who she is. Surely after 60+ years of being a patient they should know this and surely the whole purpose of registering online is so they don't have to go to the surgery - ridiculous - I left this surgery some time ago because of how bad they are and how bad they have always beenby Angela WignallJanuary 25, 2017
